MCG hosts exclusive webinar launches for our Investor Club describing why we chose the specific opportunity by providing a detailed breakdown of the opportunity and our underwriting model for the specific opportunity. Investors are then allowed limited time to subscribe to the opportunity on a first-come, first-served basis.
Investor Offering
With a 3 to 5 year time horizon, we complete our strategic plan by year 3 to reposition the asset for divestment. Our strategy involves leaving room for further improvement to ensure our properties remain attractive to a variety of buyers including other syndicators, pension plans and institutional investors.
