MEET THE FOUNDER
Ankur Mattoo is a successful single family investor who started his investing journey back in 2010 right after the big crash. Timing!

He came to the US in 2006, completing his Masters in Computer Science from George Washington University and then spend 20 years of his career thereafter in Technology, Consulting and Product Strategy at Big 5 consulting firms.
Early on in his career he got very interested and driven by the art of growing wealth and being financially independent. A huge transformation triggered after reading the famous “Rich dad poor dad” by Robert Kiyosaki among other books.
He began applying these lessons in his real estate investment journey thereafter.
During one of Ankur’s deals in Atlanta, Georgia he realized he had negotiated more off one deal than what he had made in bonus from his well paying corporate job!

As a Senior Product Manager in the Seattle, Washington area Ankur had delivered several IT projects running in millions of dollars in projects of very high complexity of strategy and execution. He knew he could use these skills to start a venture where not only would he scale but also be able to share these benefits with people who would want to invest passively without the headaches of dealing with the actual investment.
This gave birth to Mattoo Capital Group, a business to help Accredited investors to invest passively and enjoy the benefits of owning equity in commercial real estate!
